Balance Fitness Boot Campers enjoy a challenging fast paced work out in a supportive indoor/outdoor group atmosphere.

FAQ'S:

  • What does each class involve?

    Each session will be unique and fun! There will be a mixture of cardiovascular exercise, resistance training (weights/body weight/tubing/medicine balls), mat work, core training, some light running, obstacle courses, games and more.
     
  • Is there a Diet Plan Included?
    SPECIAL OFFER: Sign Up for our next Boot Camp Program starting Tuesday November 11 and receive a FREE individualized meal plan with printable grocery list!
    During Boot Camp session, participants will learn about the benefits of a healthy lifestyle including proper nutrition.
    For 25.00, we will provide you with an individualized, healthy, detailed meal plan which includes a grocery list, geared toward your goals.
     
  • What if I am not as "fit" as other members?

    Our program is designed to challenge participants of all fitness levels in a supportive environment.
     
  • What do I need to bring?

    You will need 5-8# dumbbells, an exercise mat, water bottle and please wear athletic shoes.
     
  • Where/When are the classes held and how much do they cost?

    Boot Camp will be taught indoors/outdoors (dependent on weather conditions) in the New Market and Frederick areas.

     
  • 6:00-7:00 am
  • 930-10:30 am
  • 5:00-6:00 pm    CLASS BEGINS 11/11 TUE/THUR/FRI EVENINGS


WE CAN COME TO YOUR PLACE OF BUSINESS- CONSIDER FORMING A GROUP AT WORK- TIMES/DAYS NEGOTIABLE
 

  • How do I sign-Up?

    Fees:
  • Boot Camp is taught by an experienced Certified Personal Trainer whose rates can average 50.00 per hour and more. Fitness Boot Camp offers the opportunity to receive group instruction at a much smaller investment..
    Fees are due at registration and there are no refunds for missed classes.

    6 week Boot Camp: 12.00 per session $216.00 (3x per week)
    8 week Boot Camp: 15.00 per session $240.00 (2x per week)

    8 week Boot Camp: 15.00 per session $360.00 (3x per week)
