New Boot Campers are always welcome!

Have fun while enjoying a challenging fast paced work out in a supportive indoor/outdoor group atmosphere.

FAQ'S:

  • What does each class involve?

    Each session will be unique and fun! There will be a mixture of cardiovascular exercise, resistance training (weights/body weight/tubing/medicine balls), mat work, core training, some light running, obstacle courses, games and more.
     
  • Is there a Diet Plan Included?
    During Boot Camp session, participants will learn about the benefits of a healthy lifestyle including proper nutrition.
     
  • What if I am not as "fit" as other members?

    Our program is designed to challenge participants of all fitness levels in a supportive environment.
     
  • What do I need to bring?

    You will need 5-8# dumbbells, an exercise mat, water bottle and please wear athletic shoes.
     
  • Where/When are the classes held and how much do they cost?

    Boot Camp will be taught indoors/outdoors (dependent on weather conditions) in the New Market and Frederick areas.

    Please complete the Registration forms you will find to the left of this screen and email or bring them to your first session.


    Fees:
  • Boot Camp is taught by an experienced Certified Personal Trainer whose rates can average 60.00 per hour and more. Fitness Boot Camp offers the opportunity to receive group instruction at a much smaller investment..
    Fees are due at registration and there are no refunds for missed classes.  After the initial trial class, there are NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS..
