Balance Fitness Boot Campers enjoy a challenging fast paced work out in
a
supportive indoor/outdoor group atmosphere.

- What does each class involve?
Each session will be unique and fun! There will be a mixture of cardiovascular exercise,
resistance training (weights/body weight/tubing/medicine balls), mat work, core training, some
light running, obstacle courses, games and more.
- Is there a Diet Plan Included?

During Boot Camp session, participants will learn about the benefits
of a healthy lifestyle including proper nutrition.
For 25.00, we will provide you with an individualized, healthy, detailed
meal plan which includes a grocery list, geared toward your goals.
- What if I am not as "fit" as other members?
Our program is designed to challenge participants of all fitness levels in a
supportive environment.
- What do I need to bring?
You will need 5-8# dumbbells, an exercise mat, water bottle and please
wear athletic shoes.
- Where/When are the classes held and how much do they cost?
Boot Camp will be taught indoors/outdoors
(dependent on weather conditions) in
the New Market and Frederick areas.
- 6:00-7:00 am
- 930-10:30 am
- 5:00-6:00 pm

Fees:
- Boot Camp is taught by an experienced Certified Personal Trainer
whose rates can average 50.00 per hour and more. Fitness Boot Camp
offers the opportunity to receive group instruction at a much smaller
investment..
Fees are due at registration and there are no refunds for missed
classes.
