Personal Training

  • What can I expect from each session?

The first session of all programs will include (if tolerated):

Measurements
Postural Assessments
Cardio Vascular Assessments
Body Fat % Calculations and BMI
Heart Rate- Resting and Recovery
Upper and Lower Body Endurance Assessments

Your individualized, progressive program will be based on your health history, any current conditions, your goals as well as your exercise history and may include training and conditioning for:

Power
Reaction
Strength 
Flexibility
Endurance
Cardiovascular
General Health
Balance and Core
Nutrition Education
Sports Performance
Weight Loss and Maintenance
 

  • How does a personal trainer help me?

Clients use personal trainers for a wide number of reasons. A personal trainer has the knowledge and experience to design a program that is specific to the goals of the individual client in the safest, progressive, most effective method. A trainer holds the client accountable and motivates them to keep going!

  • What if I have a specific health condition?

Some conditions will require the consent of the clients physician. There are various health forms and inquiries to be completed before the onset of a fitness program.  All health issues are taken highly into consideration when designing a program. The safety of clients is ALWAYS the number one priority!

  • What equipment do I need?

It can be helpful if you have some equipment in your home, but not necessary.  We can bring everything we need for a great workout!

  • What if I cannot afford these rates?

There are a number of options that can make fitness training reachable for those on tight budgets. Please contact us to discuss.
