Nutrition Consultation Fees

Individual In-Person Consultation	45.00 per session
During our initial meeting, we will discuss your unique needs, concerns, goals and objectives. I will review and discuss the information recorded on the various forms you will fill out prior to our meeting. From the information provided me, we will work together toward achieving your goals with education, positivism and respect. 4 sessions are generally recommended, with occasional "maintenance check's" although certain client goals may require more or less. Subsequent Meetings are 45.00 per session
Detailed Meal Plan Suggestions Including Recipes	40.00 for one month
Email and Phone Consults	For clients currently attending sessions, I am free for phone and email questions. Should a client seek a phone consultation, with no in-person visit, please contact us.
